Why we exist
LeadHub Space started in 2021 when our founder, Marcus, landed in Nha Trang with two suitcases and a vague plan. Three weeks of ghost listings, visa confusion, and overpriced motorbike rentals later, he decided to fix the problem.
Today we're a small team of long-term expats who've collectively spent over 30 years living and working across Vietnam, Thailand, and the Philippines. We know the landlords, the visa offices, the mechanics, and the co-working spaces — because we use them ourselves.
Every property we list has been physically visited. Every motorbike we rent has been serviced. Every piece of advice we give is based on real experience, not a commission.

How we verify listings
Every property on our platform goes through a 5-step audit before it appears. No exceptions.
In-person visit
A team member physically visits the property. We check every room, every appliance, every lock.
Ownership check
We verify the landlord's legal right to rent the property. No subletting scams, no fake listings.
Photo documentation
We take our own photos. What you see on the listing is what you get — not a staged shoot from 2019.
Amenity confirmation
We test the WiFi, check the water pressure, confirm the pool is actually usable, and verify every listed feature.
Audit badge issued
Only after all four steps pass does the listing receive our Audit Verified badge and go live.
